1-Year Self-Employed Program

Our 1-Year self-employed program is for individuals who have recently become self-employed and do not have two years of tax returns to show, qualifying them for a loan. This program only requires 1-year tax return to qualify for a mortgage. Although two or more years of employment are required, we only require one year of tax returns for qualification.
